Kris Marmol is a Cofounder of Summerwood Realty Inc. With over 20 years of experience in finance, business operations, and real estate investment, Kris has built a reputation for executing high-value, income-producing property acquisitions and developments. He specializes in industrial warehouse and multifamily investments, private equity syndications, and long-distance property management.
Kris leads Summerwood Realty’s strategy, deal sourcing, and investor relations, focusing on delivering strong, long-term returns for partners and stakeholders. His background also includes leading high-performing finance teams and developing streamlined processes to maximize profitability and efficiency.
When not working on real estate projects, Kris is an advocate for personal growth, fitness, and lifelong learning.
Shane Whitehead
Shane Whitehead is a Cofounder at Summerwood Realty Inc. He brings over 20 years of experience in industrial and commercial development, having led major construction projects primarily in California, as well as select projects in Texas. Shane has served as a master electrical engineer and superintendent for major organizations, providing deep technical knowledge and leadership in large-scale industrial and commercial developments.
At Summerwood Realty, Shane oversees property operations, tenant relations, and construction management. His hands-on approach and strong attention to detail ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. Shane’s leadership and experience have been critical to the success and operational excellence of Summerwood Realty’s portfolio.
Outside of work, Shane enjoys outdoor activities and spending quality time with family and friends.
